As part of the Leadership and Management Skills initiative, this incentive is for business owners or managers who are responsible for their organisation, be it in the private, public or voluntary sector.
The first £500 is FREE and remaining £500 has to be 'match funded'. This means you can spend £1,500 and get £1,000 refunded. OR just go for the £500 entitlement!
To be eligible, the criteria is simple! Your organisation must:
- employ between 5 to 249 people (this includes part-time and volunteers)
- be based within the M25 area (different funding applies outside the M25)
- be a person of authority requesting the training
- not have previously received a management and leadership grant through Train to Gain.
